The wheels need to be torqued to 120 ft-lb or 162.7 Nm, this applies to all True North Trailer models including the dump trailers.

That completely depends on how high you have the trailer jack at, the max height the jack goes is aprox. 15″

If your trailer is:
Black – PBS9-70002 EF, Mirror Black III
Charcoal – C5505/RAL7024, Graphite Grey
Galvanized – Any cold galvanizing spray will match.
Can electric brakes be installed?
Absolutely! As of 2020, all models will have flanges on the axle so electric brakes can be installed.

Can ramp assist springs be added to the rear gate?
If your trailer does not have brackets for the ramp assist springs, the gate will need to be modified and reinforced in order to add springs.
This process would apply to the 5’x10′ and 6’x12′ utility trailers.
What is the lifespan of the wood deck?
We estimate the wood deck to last 5+ years with average use.
Its recommended to maintain the wood with sealant or stain to prolong its lifespan.
How can I replace the wood deck boards?
- Remove the deck screws (T30 Torx bit)
- Slide the deck board to the front of the trailer – the board should lift up and out.

How can I replace the lights?
This process will apply to any lights fastened with rubber grommets.
- Use a long and small flathead screw driver and carefully wedge it between the plastic light and the grommet
- Gently pry the light out of the grommet to avoid any damage
